DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL GOODS)

We deliver orders automatically and instantly after purchase. In rare cases (e.g., manual security checks), delivery may take up to 8 hours. All products sold on softcomputers.net are digital and delivered via Email. We do not ship physical boxes or discs.

The CD key or codes will be sent to your email address immediately after payment confirmation and can also be found under order details in your account section. There is no shipping charge.

“What can I do if I can’t find my delivery on my email address?”

1. Please check your spam or junk folder, in case you didn’t receive your email.

2. Please make sure your payment has been completed successfully and funds were deducted.

3. If we need more information to verify your order, we will contact you by E-mail.

4. If you haven’t received any email within 20 minutes, make sure your email address is correct and contact us here: support@softcomputers.n.
