All products sold on softcomputers.net are digital (software activation keys and codes). Purchases are made from Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Loginov (Georgia, identification code 347014928), the merchant of record; the Site is operated by LLP “SoftComputers” (Kazakhstan). This policy describes when and how you can get a replacement or a refund.
1. Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Important Note for Digital Content: In accordance with international consumer laws, your right to cancel expires once the digital content (product key) has been delivered to your email address or displayed on your screen, provided that you have given your express consent to begin the delivery during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. However, if a delivered key has not yet been activated, contact us — we will usually exchange it for the correct product or refund it as a courtesy, even where the mistake was yours.

2. Non-Delivery
Delivery is usually instant and takes no longer than 24 hours. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then
contact us — we will resend your key or, if we are unable to deliver it, issue a full refund. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please report non-delivery within 14 days from the order date.
3. Major Defects (Invalid or Non-Working Keys)
All products are thoroughly tested, but unexpected errors may occur (e.g., an invalid key). Report the problem to our support team with your order number and a screenshot of the error. If we fail to provide a working replacement within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement of the same value will be offered — at the customer’s choice.
4. Product Not as Described
If the product does not match its description on the product page, report it to our technical support team within 14 days from the purchase date, providing clear evidence (screenshots/logs). You will receive a replacement or a full refund. Complaints based on incompatibility with the customer’s hardware where the system requirements were clearly stated on the product page, or on expectations not arising from the product description, cannot be honored.
5. When a Refund Is Not Available
Because activation keys are unique digital goods, a refund cannot be issued when:
- the key has been successfully activated and works as described, and you simply changed your mind;
- the key was blocked by the software vendor due to misuse, resale or sharing on the customer’s side;
- the product cannot be used due to a regional or platform restriction that was clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will reimburse the payment without undue delay — refunds are submitted within 3 business days of approval, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction.
Processing Time: While we process refunds promptly on our end, your financial institution can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your card.
7. Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most cases the same day, which is faster than a bank dispute. You always retain the right to dispute a charge through your bank or through the dispute process of the payment provider used for your order.
8. Technical Support Warranty
We provide free technical support for all our products for 1 year from the date of payment. If you encounter any activation or operational issues, please reach out to our team.
