1. Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Important Note for Digital Content: According to international consumer laws, your right to cancel expires immediately once the digital content (product key) has been delivered to your email address or displayed on your screen, provided that you have given your express consent to begin the delivery during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

2. Non-Delivery

Due to technical issues with email providers or spam filters, you might not receive a delivery email from us. If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or
contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered successfully received and downloaded.

3. Major Defects

All products are thoroughly tested, but unexpected errors may occur (e.g., an invalid key). If we fail to correct a reported defect within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement of the same value will be offered at the customer’s choice.

4. Product Not as Described

Such issues must be reported to our technical support team within 30 days from the purchase date. Clear evidence (screenshots/logs) must be provided. Complaints based merely on the customer’s false expectations or software incompatibility with the customer’s hardware (not specified in product requirements) are not honored.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Processing Time: While we process refunds immediately on our end, your financial institution can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your card.

6. Technical Support Warranty

We provide free technical support for all our products for 1 year from the date of payment. If you encounter any activation or operational issues, please reach out to our team.
