DELIVERY

All products and services from softcomputers.net are digital and are delivered electronically via email. Purchases on the Site are made from Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Loginov (Georgia), the merchant of record; the Site is operated by LLP “SoftComputers” (Kazakhstan).

We provide automatic and instant delivery for most orders — typically within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. If an order requires manual review or vendor-side confirmation, delivery may take up to 24 hours. The product keys or activation codes are sent to your registered email address and can also be accessed in the “Order History” section of your personal account. Since all delivery is digital, there are no shipping charges.

If your order is not delivered within 24 hours and we are unable to deliver it, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Refund Policy.

What should I do if I haven’t received my delivery?

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: Occasionally, automated emails may be filtered by your email provider.
  2. Verify Payment Status: Ensure that your transaction was completed successfully and you have received a payment confirmation.
  3. Check for Verification Requests: If our system flags an order for manual review, we will contact you via email for additional information.
  4. Verify Email Accuracy: Ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct. If you still cannot find your order, please contact us at support@softcomputers.net — we reply within 24 hours on business days and will resend your key or issue a refund.

PAYMENTS

We provide secure and encrypted payment methods to ensure your data is protected:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Card payments are processed by a licensed international payment provider on its secure page; you do not need to create an account to complete the transaction.
  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT): For corporate clients or large orders, we accept direct bank transfers to the merchant’s business account. Full banking details are provided on the invoice and on our Business Details page.

* All transactions are processed in a secure environment by licensed payment providers. We never receive or store your full card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) on our servers. Prices for international customers are shown in US dollars (USD); your bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees.
